I have mentioned this before, but some might have forgot: You can use the simple MS Paint to find the exact RGB setting of a color image. That can e.g. be used in the ink element in InterForm400 and InterFormNG. That is described in the cookbook on page 9.

Another situation, where this tool can be used (in relation to InterForm400) is if you have a problem to install a JPG image. The reason can be, that the JPG image was prepared for web publishing meaning, that the jpeg file contains the image in both a lower and higher resolution, so that even browsers running via a slow connection will still show the image (in low resolution) until the complete image is downloaded. Such images are not supported by InterForm400. So you can convert the image simply by opening it in MS Paint and saving it as a new name. An advantage by doing this is, that the new file will even be smaller than the original one.

Disclaimer: I have used the tools mentioned above and have had good experiences with them. I recommend them, but if you choose to use them, you will use them at your own risk. The author or InterForm A/S cannot be held responsible for any problems or loses which may arise from the use or misuse of any of the products and web sites mentioned above.
