Do we need a written permission from you that allows us to install
your software on another machine, than mentioned in our licence
agreement, in case of disaster recovery or when training for
disaster recovery?

No. All Agent Data software will run for 8 days without a key code
on any new machine, and you do not need permission for that. We
define a new/blank machine as a machine without any Agent Data
software installed. If you need to expend the 8-day period for a
week or two a temporary code will be issued to you upon request.
Just contact Agent Data via your local distributor.
Please Note.
Agent Data software must after training be deleted from the backup
machine (see the manual). The automatically 8 day trial period will
otherwise not take effect.
If you have a in-house backup machine you can get a permanent key
code for this machine for the price of a maintenance agreement only.
