For Windows NT only:

Check the following points if you are having problems activating
the NT-BlueFax printer-driver in BlueFax Client 2000.

Do you have administrator rights to add a printer?

Click on "My Computer" to reach the folder "Printers".

Select the menu: "file" / "Server properties" and the "port".

Check that "BlueFax is defined as a "Data Text Fax Port" and that
"BlueFax" is defined as printer.
If "BlueFax" is defined as a "Local Port" - the "Port" must be deleted.

Do as follows:

Delete the printer named "BlueFax".
Delete the "BlueFax Port".
Reinstall the program.

If the above is OK, then check if you can find these files under the
following directories:

NT driver files under winnt\system32:

  dtmon.dll
 im31xfax.del
  PrinterDriverDirectory:

NT driver files under winnt\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86:

  faxdrv.dll
  im31xfax.del
  rasdd.dll
 rasddui.dll
 rasddui.cnt
 rasddui.hlp

No? - You can find a copy in the folder e.g.:

"C:\Program Files\Agent Data\BlueFax Client\tmp"

Then copy the missing files into the respective folders.

You can also manually install the BlueFax printer-driver in Windows NT.
All the files are found in:

"C:\Program Files\Agent Data\BlueFax Client\tmp"

And the parameters are:

Port name: BlueFax
Port Application path: "C:\Program Files\Agent Data\BlueFax Client\bluefax.exe
Printer name: BlueFax.
