If you want to start the InterForm400 subsystems when IPL’ing the IBMi, then you should first add these commands in the IPL start up program (referred in sysval QSTRUPPGM):
 

STRSBS APF3812/AUTO_FORM
MONMSG CPF0000

  
In principle you should do the same for the other InterForm400 subsystems, that you might want to use, but the simple solution is to setup the InterForm400 configuration to startup the other subsystems when the Auto Forms Control subsystem is started. In the configuration you can even chose to rename the subsystems – just remember to change the IPL startup program if you change the name or library of the AUTO_FORM subsystem.
 
It is very easy to rename the subsystems (or move them to another library) as InterForm400 will create the needed objects when renaming via the configuration.
