All access to menus is giving to user groups, and all user must be assigned to one or more user group.
Split your users into groups, ex. departments, and create user groups using menu: “Users”, and click the “Add new user group” button (see screenshot 1 attached in the bottom)
Change all the users you want to control, and assign the user to one or more “user group” (see screenshot 2).
And last, change the “Menu items” you want to control access to. Select “User” as “Require user class at less”, and check out the “user groups”, who will have access to the menu item (see screenshot 3).
The menu tree will only show “Systems” and “menu items”, for which the user have access to.
