I hope you read the VERY important message in the last months technical tip (http://www.system-method.com/node/645): You need to install a PTF in InterForm400 if you want to use a testcode in versions 2007, 2008 and 2009. Version 2009M09 and newer does not need the PTF.

I mentioned, that this was a problem for all 2004 versions and newer, so the important thing to notice is, that we no longer deliver test codes to customers running 2004 or 2006 versions (as there are no PTFs to enable the testcode), so I would like to stress that it is HIGHLY recommended, that customers running 2004 or 2006 versions upgrades to a newer version and installs the needed PTF, so a test code can be used.
