System requirements:
- PC with client Access.
- OS/400 V3R1-V3R7.
- OS/400 V4R1 –4R4
- Access to AS/400 shared folders.
Set-up:
- Create directory (folder in windows) in PC root directory.
- The user must be included in the AS/400 system directory. Use the command WRKDIRE to check/add.
- In the Interform administration menu choose 2 - press Enter until the Network name appears.
- Enter the name of your AS/400 system (Shown on Interform main menu). (If you are using Client Access Express prefix the name with a ‘Q’)
If it’s not working, please check:
- Is there access to the folder QDLS\APF3812\VIEW (with windows explorer)?
- If you can execute the command STRPCO on a command line without errors?
- If the interface used in Interform is ASCII850 or ASCIIR8?
- If the printer type used in interform is an HP type (HPIII, HP4…)?
- If the code page used in client Access is the same as used on the AS/400?
