When we send email from SMS Bluenote to our Notes server, the time
stamp of the email is wrong by two hours. An event in the AS/400 at
for example 21.00 gets time stamp 23.00 in the email in Notes. Does
the time stamp come from SMS BlueNote or should we look somewhere else?

The mismatch is probably due to the fact that the System Value in
QUTCOFFSET (Coordinated universal time offset) on your AS/400 is
out of sync with the time setting on your PC.
