We operate with different levels of 'Intelligent Monitored output
queues'

1) 'Intelligent Monitored output queues' is a new feature from
version 4.2 of BlueFax.

We introduced a term called Interpretation. The Interpretation
feature can take any SCS spool files and find the recipient
regardless if it contains fax number and/or email address. It
is thus possible to make a Database query for the fax/email
address and automatically send the fax/email. You can also use
this feature to split a spool file into many different recipients.

2) 'Spool file sender command' is an older command (SNDFAXSPLF) that
can send Spool Files directly from an e.g. ERP application. A
programmer must take action here for modification of user programs.
The command is also used for integration to e.g. InterForm and
MultiArchive.

3) 'User Data or embedded' this was the first implementation form in
BlueFax.

BlueFax is backward compatible and this is why BlueFax must be
able to handle all the methods including 'User Data' that was the
first we implemented. The 'embedded' fax number / email address
are still usable. It is possible to put commands directly inside
the spool file data itself e.g.: .FAXNO('1234567') will cause a
fax being send to fax number 1234567.

If you replace the fax number with an email address - the
transmission will be emailed automatically. But remember one spool
file equal to one transmission.

The 'User Data' feature CANNNOT split a spool file into different
recipients.

4) 'Monitored output queues'. A fixed output queue represents a fixed
recipient (fax or mail). Can method can be used if you have a lot
of transmissions to relative few recipients.
